One step in the upgrade is taking longer than expected, so we will be extending the maintenance window's end time by 2-4 hours. Note that there has been no downtime so far, aside from degraded performance in the Voice product and agent state updates. We will continue to post updates as we make progress.
As previously announced, when the main upgrade step takes place, you may briefly be unable to save changes for up to ~5 minutes.
